About This Job: Within Deposit Operations, responsible for a variety of regular and recurring deposit operational and electronic banking functions to support the overall bank deposit operations Responsibilities: Reviews, investigates and actions potential fraud cases and alerts to mitigate loss. Monitors and arrange for recovery of losses incurred by fraudulent activities. Take-action on questionable accounts by restricting, closing, or rejecting the opening of new accounts Assists account holders who are victims of fraudulent activity Maintain a working knowledge of fraud prevention guidelines and techniques Communicate via phone, email and/ or letters with other bank employees, account holders, and Financial institutions Escalates...
