AT A GLANCE: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a key portion of the Healthgrades marketplace experience. This role will define and execute product strategy across critical parts of the platform, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements in consumer experience, provider value, and business performance. You will lead a cross-functional product pod that identifies opportunities, shapes the roadmap, and delivers product improvements that scale across the Healthgrades platform. Where You'll Be: To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
