POSITION SUMMARY: The People Operations Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional employee experience across the organization. This role oversees people processes including employee engagement programming, payroll, benefits administration, HR compliance, employee lifecycle operations and HRIS systems. The People Operations Manager provides leadership to the People Operations team and partners closely with managers and employees company-wide to build a positive, high-performance culture. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Lead, mentor and develop the People Operations team. - Support the Employee Engagement Specialist in design, implementation and evaluation of engagement and recognition programs and internal communication. - Monitor engagement metrics and present insights and recommendations to the Director - People and Culture. - Maintains HR scorecards and monthly metrics for reporting. - Partner with People and Culture leadership on strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning and people analytics - Coordinates the performance management system for Sunrise Banks....
