Job DetailsJob Location: Texican Court - Irving, TX 75039Position Type: Full TimeJOB SUMMARY The Night Butler is responsible for overnight operations and ensuring a safe, secure, and seamless guest experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact during the overnight hours and supports multiple departments including Front Desk, Guest Service, Valet, Housekeeping and Security. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS: Operational Responsibilities: Serve as the primary overnight contact for all hotel operations and guest needs Handle calls, messages, and service requests Operate PBX/switchboard and radio Coordinate with departments Complete nightly reports data entry and assist with audit related tasks when required. Perform Check in and check outs as needed Complete light housekeeping as needed. Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service: Handle guest requests including amenities, deliveries, HK duties and special accommodations.
