Job Title: Service Associate III: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Retail Hours of Operation: Varies by branch location, Saturdays by rotation General Job Summary: To actively supervise tellers at branch location to ensure: customer banking transactions are completed in a timely manner, sales opportunities are acted upon, and behavior is friendly and professional. Organizational Duties and Responsibilities: - Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures. - Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
