Job Description: - Prepare and execute the audit plan, including sampling , process trails , and traceability (mass balance, when applicable). - Assess compliance with ISO 22000 , applicable PRPs , and FSSC Additional Requirements (e.g., food defense, food fraud, allergens, management of outsourced services, environmental monitoring when applicable, food safety culture). - Collect and record evidence; write nonconformities and observations objectively and in line with scheme requirements. - Prepare and review audit reports, certification recommendations, and records in the CB system within required timelines. - Evaluate the client’s corrective actions (correction/root cause/effectiveness) and support internal technical decisions when requested. -...
