Human Resources Specialist The Opportunity: Perform a variety of routine tasks to facilitate all functional areas of a human resources department. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members. You Have: 10+ years of experience with Human Resources Knowledge of Military Human Resources processes and procedures Ability to coordinate and provide quantitative assessment of status and progress toward achieving manpower and personnel performance objectives Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
