Job Family: Marketing Management Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: The Marketing Strategy & Operations Associate supports how marketing work gets planned, executed, and scaled. This role partners closely with marketing leadership to build structure, document processes, and improve operational efficiency across the marketing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems, workflows, and problem‑solving, and who wants to build a strong foundation in marketing operations, process design, and cross‑functional coordination. Campaign Execution Support: Coordinate and track campaign work across teams, including intake, timelines, deliverables, and approvals to support on‑time execution Serve as an operational point of contact between campaign owners, marketing team members, and internal stakeholders Maintain campaign workflows, documentation, templates, and checklists to enable consistent execution and reduce rework Track and report on campaign‑related operational metrics and provide execution updates to marketing leadership Process Documentation & Enablement: Document marketing processes, workflows, and ways of working (e.g., intake, p...
