Location Requirement: - This role will be on site at our office in Plainfield, IN Position Overview: We are seeking a senior operations leader to oversee our flagship fulfillment facility and provide strategic leadership across our North America network. This role is accountable for driving operational excellence, scaling a multi-site distribution model, and delivering best-in-class service for a diverse client base. This leader will own end-to-end performance across safety, service, and employee engagement.
