Description SUMMARY: The Roy and Edna Disney CalArts Theater (REDCAT), seeks a Front of House Manager for its space located in the Walt Disney Concert Hall complex in downtown Los Angeles. REDCAT is a multidisciplinary arts center that presents innovative artists who create works in the performing, visual and media arts. The theater features programming in music, dance, theater, and film. The Lounge is a welcoming and inclusive gathering point for a community of audiences as well as artists, with hours that accompany the performances. This 28 hour-per-week position reports to the Deputy Director; Finance & Operations to ensure compliance with house policies and acts on behalf of audience experience, care, hospitality, and safety. The Front of House Manager is present at every performance, manages bar staff, while also working closely with the Front of House team to ensure a streamlined night-of-show experience for patrons.
