To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you'll be doing: The Manager, FIU Quality Assurance is responsible for managing the execution of consistent QA reviews completed by a team of Quality Assurance Specialists in order to assure that the quality of investigations within the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) meets requirements. Specific activities include effective people management and overseeing the analysis, interpretation and documentation of results for the purpose of assessing ML/TF risks. The Manager is accountable for the quality of the reviews performed by their team of QA Specialists and conducts periodic reviews to assess this, identify and document concerns, and to deliver coaching where necessary.
