WPM is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our leasing team at Emerson Flats in Mount Wolf, PA ! As a Leasing Specialist , you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming community by assisting prospective and current residents, planning engaging events, and providing exceptional service. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, sales, or marketing . Previous leasing and Entrata experience is preferred. Compensation & Schedule: 💰 $19.00 per hour + commission & bonus opportunities 📅 Tuesday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM , Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: - Track and log all phone and walk-in traffic daily; prepare weekly traffic reports. - Assist applicants with the leasing process and gather necessary documentation. - Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and ensure accurate vacancy reports. - Prepare vacant units for move-in, including light cleaning of fixtures, floors, and windows. - Promote resident retention by executing community events and engagement initiatives. - Conduct quarterly market surveys of competitor properties. - Support property management with administrative tasks, vendor c...
