Hourly Pay Range: $35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Stationary Engineer Location : Swedish Hospital - Chicago, IL Full Time , 40 hours/week: Hours : Monday-Friday 11:30pm-7am: General Summary: To perform preventative maintenance, urgent, corrective, and routine repairs in electrical, mechanical and H.V.A.C. equipment. Diagnoses system malfunctions on mechanical and electrical equipment, H.V.A.C. power generation. Plumbing and medical gas systems and building structures as required. What you will do: To perform requisitioned, corrective, emergency and preventative maintenance of electrical distribution. Ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and operate various electrical metering devices. Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form. Ability to diagnose system malfunctions on mechanical and electrical equipment by reasonable working experience and knowledge of mechanical and electrical theory.
