With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.: The customer Service and Technical Operations Trainer is responsible designing, delivering and maintaining training programs across Customer Service, Technical Support and Operational Teams.: What you will do: - Create and Deliver new starter training - Deliver refresher training - Train employees on systems and operational processes - Create and maintain work instructions - Evaluate effectiveness of training What you bring: Experience Personal competencies - Proven experience as a trainer - Audiology Industry desirable but not essential - Call centre environment training experience desirable but not essential - Highly organised - Process driven - Adaptable and comfortable with fast-paced operational environment - Work collaboratively - Approachable - Confidence in working with cross-functional teams Who we are: - At WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health...
