Job description

WHAT YOU’LL DO: The primary responsibility of the Bar Runner is to support the bar operation by stocking all product including glassware, condiments, beer, spirits, and other necessary items needed for efficient operation within the beverage outlets. This position is a key part of the bar team to ensure the bartenders have the essential tools and functionality to assist our guest with exceptional service. Performs all duties in accordance with company’s policies and procedures. ROLE EXPECTATIONS: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintain stock and par levels with product, supplies and upkeep with assigned bars throughout each scheduled shift. Maintain bar cleanliness, including bar tops, sinks, glassware, refrigerators, coolers, and other bar appliances in accordance with SNHD and Rio Standards. Ensure all pumproom and main storage areas are stocked, clean and organized. Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries for assigned bar areas.
