Description Clarience Technologies is seeking a Network Team Lead f or our corporate field office in Southfield, MI! RESPONSIBLITIES: - Oversee the design and operation of enterprise-wide WAN, LAN, WLAN, and cloud-connected networks supporting multiple distinct business units. - Develop and enforce network architecture standards, policies, and procedures across the portfolio. - Act as the senior technical authority for all network-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate security and performance objectives. - Architect, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade network solutions. - Lead advanced troubleshooting for network and security issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. - Design and implement network segmentation, zero trust architectures, and scalable VPN/remote access solutions. - Mentor and provide technical guidance to regional and local network administrators supporting the 30 companies. - Collaborate with corporate IT leadership to support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures (M&A), ensuring seamless network integration and separation. - Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure networks are hardened against emerging threats and compl...
