What you’ll be doing…: As a Chef de Partie you will support, organise, mentor and train members of the kitchen team in line with company procedures. Working Pattern: 7.30am – 4:00pm or 12:00pm – 8.30pm Occasional 3.30am-12:00pm to cover holiday and breakfast chef day off.
