Who we are looking for State Street’s Global Credit Finance (GCF) business is seeking a senior investment and credit leader to serve as Managing Director – Private Credit, CLOs, Investment Advisers & Leveraged Loans. This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and market‑driven execution across private credit lending, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), investment adviser lending and leveraged loans. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, risk management, and client delivery, ensuring that private credit, CLO, investment adviser, and leveraged loan activities are executed in line with firm risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and internal governance frameworks. The Managing Director will drive portfolio strategy, market engagement, and disciplined investment execution while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure strong risk‑adjusted returns, client alignment, and sustainable growth across strategic asset manager clients.
