Job Description Summary As the Service Program Manager, you will drive overall customer satisfaction by leading the business and program management of the GEHC-Customer service partnership, delivering a comprehensive GE Healthcare solution. You will manage the success of the service relationship with Lifepoint Health, ensuring the achievement of goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE Healthcare. This role provides the customer with a single point of contact for GEHC service and operational commitments throughout the partnership term, developing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth in close alignment with internal Commercial and Field Service teams. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for Lifepoint Health to GEHC for all matters relating to the Service Partnership, building a long-term, strategic alliance with all levels of the customer to exceed contractual obligations and add value. - Implement robust processes and formal reporting arrangements to track and monitor programmatic and project progress against agreed plans and agreements (e.g., KPI metrics, project and operational risk, cost...
