Team Overview TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee various aspects of building operations, maintenance, and compliance to create a safe, productive, and comfortable work environment for our employees. Responsibilities: Standardize operational processes and ensure SOP execution consistency across all FCs within the region Support new FC launches, operational ramp-ups, process transitions, and network expansion projects - Lead and oversee end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment operations across 5–6 fulfillment centers (FCs), including inbound, inventory management, pick, pack, outbound, and return operations - Own regional operational performance and deliver KPIs related to safety, productivity, quality, SLA, customer experience, and cost control - Manage and develop a team of Site Managers and operational leaders across the region, including performance management, coaching, succession planning, and talent development - Drive regional capacity planning, labor planning, and peak season readiness to support business growth and operational scalability - Partner with internal cross-functional teams (Planning, Transportation, Product...
