BITCO Corporation , headquartered in Davenport, Iowa, is currently seeking an Underwriting Operations Technician to join our Underwriting Operations team. BITCO provides quality property and casualty insurance services to specialized industries including Construction, Forest Products, and Oil & Gas. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after an introductory training period. Position Summary: The Underwriting Operations Technician supports the Commercial Underwriting team by processing policies and quotes. This role reviews applications and policy changes for accuracy, rates new and renewal business, calculates premiums, and assists Underwriters with quotes and endorsements. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of rating systems and industry manuals (ISO, NCCI), and the ability to understand insurance policy language are essential for accurate and efficient processing.
