What You’ll Do: - Serve as a legal partner to the Sales team throughout the sales cycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating: customer agreements and licensing agreements, NDAs, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs); - Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with vendors, suppliers, and service providers; - Support HR and leadership with employment-related agreements, including offer letters and employment contracts; - Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders; - Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Sales teams; - Support privacy and data protection matters as nee...
