The University of Miami's College of Arts and Sciences has an exciting opportunity for a full time Research Associate 1 to work in Coral Gables, FL. The PRIDE Lab (Psychology of Racism, Identity, Diversity & Equity) in the Department of Psychology at the University of Miami, directed by Dr. Simon Howard, invites applications for a full-time Research Coordinator/Lab Manager position. The PRIDE Lab conducts social psychological research examining the causes, consequences, and lived experiences of racism and discrimination, as well as psychological processes related to identity, collective action, resilience, and social change. We are also engaged in research on the relationship between spiritual connectedness and loneliness which is funded by the John Templeton Foundation.
