Field Chief Technology Officer

Job description

As our Field CTO, you will be the bridge between visionary technology and mission-critical government services. You aren’t just an advisor, you are a hands-on strategist helping large agencies navigate the complexities of AI, cloud, and DevSecOps to better serve the public. The ideal candidate will have the ability to move smoothly between tactical and strategic conversations with technical, business, and mission leadership. You will play a critical role in helping our team formalize, standardize, and mature our AI and cloud services offerings (e.g., Azure, AWS). You possess a good understanding and hands-on expertise with DevSecOps, open-source solutions and modern low-code/no-code platforms such as ServiceNow, Appian, and Salesforce. You are passionate about automation and creating an environment that fosters AI and DevSecOps approaches. You articulate the connection from technical services to business capabilities and help client organizations navigate the tension between evolving traditional IT processes and modern approaches.
