Job description

Overview of the Position: Perform various aspects of warehouse functions including counting, pick, put away, auto packing and cycle counts of aviation components for accurate customer order processing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Follow and ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures - Process customer orders in an efficient and accurate manner in order to prepare for shipping, while meeting or exceeding departmental goals for production and quality. - Help to maintain cycle count, inventory spreadsheets, databases and quality charts. - Make appropriate inventory adjustments through our data entry system. - Ensure product is kept neat and in an orderly fashion per 5S methods. - Assist and perform with daily picking, packing, counting of products for shipments. - Use of warehouse equipment may require forklift use and certification. - Other duties as assigned Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Ability to pass pre-screening aptitude test for data entry, recognition and math skills. - Ability to meet or exceed quality and performance metrics. - Experience with general warehouse equipment forklift, pallet jack, wrap (forklift certification preferred). -...
