Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Operations Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact for all activities related to Carrier Puerto Rico's Foreign Trade Zone operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager with a dotted line to the President, you will manage FTZ inventory, ensure import/export compliance, and coordinate logistics and customs-related functions. This role focuses on providing exceptional internal and external stakeholder support to ensure the timely, compliant movement of goods throughout our supply chain. Primary Responsibilities: FTZ Inventory & System Management: - Maintain and update the FTZ inventory database (Magaya or equivalent) including receipt, tracking, and reconciliation of all stock - Upload export/import documentation into FTZ software systems and manage CBP file closures - Conduct regular inventory and documentation audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance Customs & Compliance: - Serve as primary liaison with U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP), bonded warehouse personnel, and customs brokers - Review and verify Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, EEI filings, and expor...
