Product Manager – Customer Insights About ING & Tribe Payments: Every day, millions of customers interact with their transactions, checking what happened, understanding where their money went, and deciding what to do next. These moments shape trust, confidence and ultimately how customers feel about their bank. Within Tribe Payments, our Customer Insights team is responsible for turning raw transaction data into clear, meaningful and actionable insights. Our ambition is simple but bold: help customers understand their money instantly, reduce friction when something goes wrong, and empower better financial decisions, at scale. To strengthen this mission, we’re looking for a Product Manager – Customer Insights who is excited to work at the intersection of customer experience, data, payments and technology. The team & setup: You’ll join a multidisciplinary product team within Payments, working with engineers, designers, data specialists, and stakeholders across Commercial, Risk and Operations.
