Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to support our human resources department in a variety of HR functions. As an HR Coordinator, you will help ensure that our HR procedures run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for coordinating tasks related to hiring, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records. Main Responsibilities: - Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors in the HR department - Facilitate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed and orientation is conducted. - Maintain employee records, documents, and files.
