JOB DESCRIPTION: Abbott Diabetes Care is looking for a Market Access & Tender Manager to strengthen our engagement with payors, government bodies, and key healthcare stakeholders in Norway. In this role, you will lead market access initiatives and national tender management, shaping sustainable partnerships that drive access, adoption, and long‑term value for our diabetes care solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring successful reimbursement, pricing, and tender outcomes while embedding market access expertise across the organization. What You’ll Do: Build and manage strong relationships with key payors and stakeholders, including Sykehusinnkjøp HF, HELFO, tender units, wholesalers, distributors, KOLs, and decision makers. Lead national tender management end‑to‑end, ensuring compliant, timely, and competitive submissions and follow‑up. Contribute to the development and execution of the Norway market access and payor strategy, ensuring access and usage of ADC products. Monitor changes in the healthcare, payor, and policy environment and assess impact on the business.
