Entergy will not sponsor candidates for work visas for this position.” Entergy’s Project Delivery Engineering Department is responsible for planning, designing, constructing, maintaining and operating over 16,000 miles of transmission lines and over 2,700 substations across the four-state territory. JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE: Provides protection and control design engineering services for transmission and distribution substations, along with technical guidance and support to asset management and capital projects teams. The engineer would need to communicate and work well with multiple discipline teams to ensure project goals are met. He or she would be required to help technicians work through and trouble shoot AC power circuits, DC control circuits, and relay control logic problems.
