Position Details: - Hospital-employed position at Central Maine Medical Center. - Hospital Medicine role providing inpatient care for adult patients. - Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). - 0.8 FTE schedule on a 12-hour shift. - Perform history and physical examinations and ongoing patient assessments for hospitalized patients. - Collaborate with hospitalists to develop and manage inpatient treatment plans. - Order and interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and laboratory studies. - Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system. - Active or eligible Maine NP or PA license required; BLS and ACLS required.
