About the role: The Benefit Specialist will be responsible for guiding each member to understand, use, and feel confident in their benefits. You will provide educational, advisement, and one-on-one support to employees of a group for the purpose of maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services as we move them through the enrollment phase to maximize business growth. You will also be responsible for on-going education and assisting groups’ new hire employees through the enrollment phase. This position can be based in St. George, Utah (in-person or hybrid), Dallas, Texas (fully remote), and Boca Raton, Florida (fully remote).
