The People Analytics team within Gartner derives actionable insights from workforce data to recommend and implement better ways of attracting, developing, and retaining Gartner associates to drive growth, higher sales, more productivity, and better client experiences. We drive impact on Gartner’s Mission Critical Priorities by leveraging state of the art technology, analytics, and processes. The Sr. Analyst, People Analytics will be responsible for providing analytical and consultative support to Gartner’s Services & Sales Operations HR teams to drive optimal insights into staffing, retention and productivity. This role will ensure analytical best practices and influence the interpretation of insights with a relentless focus on data accuracy, consistency, and scalability in alignment with Gartner’s growth.
