Work Flexibility: Onsite What you will do: - Warehouse Management: Lead and optimize daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure high service levels, quality, and compliance. - Team Leadership: Manage, engage, and develop high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. - Project Management: Lead and deliver operational and strategic projects supporting growth, efficiency, and operational excellence. - ERP & Systems Development: Drive continuous improvement and development of ERP and WMS solutions to enhance visibility, accuracy, and scalability. - 3PL Management: Manage and develop strategic relationships with third‑party logistics providers to ensure performance, compliance, and cost efficiency. - Quality & Compliance: Develop, implement, and continuously maintain SOPs in compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 14001. - Operational Excellence: Proactively identify risks and opportunities, resolve issues with urgency, and embed Lean thinking across operations. - Financial Ownership: Set the annual departmental budget and prepare monthly financial projections, ensuring achievement of yearly financial targets. - Business Partnersh...
