Job Title: Construction Site Superintendent Reports to : Chief Operating Officer Classification: Exempt: Job Summary: The Construction Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and contract documents. The Superintendent serves as the primary on-site representative of the company, managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining communication with clients, inspectors, and project management.
