Naval Architect – Hydrodynamics / Moorings Company Introduction: Gazelle Wind Power is an innovative offshore engineering company developing next-generation floating wind platforms designed to accelerate the global energy transition. Overview: The Naval Architect is responsible for lightship design, hydrodynamic modelling, and mooring system optimization for floating offshore wind (FOWT) platforms. The goal is to ensure reliable and efficient platform performance across environmental conditions and to integrate solutions into Gazelle’s FOWT designs. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, or similar. Around 5 years of experience in naval architecture or offshore engineering. Strong knowledge of design software (Autodesk, Rhino), stability tools, and MS Office. Proficiency in Python and MATLAB. Familiarity with DNV or ABS standards.
