We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced In-Home Caregiver to support a nonverbal male with Down Syndrome. This position requires someone who is confident, calm, and able to redirect behaviors while providing hands-on care and meaningful engagement. Respite care will be conducted in the provider’s (your) home. Community outings are also encouraged.
