Description Power Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a hardworking, career-oriented person of good character to fill an Industrial HVAC Service Technician position within our organization. The Industrial HVAC Service Technician position is responsible for, but not limited to: - Operating, maintaining and performing repairs on assigned HVAC and refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems - Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing systems and products. - Documenting work electronically on each job daily, maintaining files, and submitting reports in a timely manner. - Planned maintenance of HVAC systems - Dismantling, repairing and reassembling units, pumps, impellers, compressors, chillers, receivers and evaporators. - Following all state local and federal safety rules and regulations when storing, handling, and disposing of hazardous waste. - Complying with environmental standards and following general housekeeping guidelines. - Determining causes of defects and malfunctions on equipment and repairs through appro...
