See yourself in our team Our Bankwest Risk Advisory and Operations team supports the business to achieve its objectives by providing advice and guidance that assists their decision making in a way that minimises risk. They achieve this through providing an end to end risk and control service that includes the effective design and implementation of controls, ensuring operational risk and compliance frameworks are effectively implemented and ensuring that each line of business has the right level of governance within their risk environment. Key responsibilities for this role include: Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations to your Leadership Team and their Colleagues to mitigate incidents, effectively manage issues, remediate customers and implement effective controls in line with the Group Policies and Frameworks. Identify and assess operational and compliance risks along with co-ordination of operational risk governance activities such as the RCSA refresh. This includes management of risk profiles and completion of deep dives.
