SAP Testing lead Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP testing, including at least 2 end to end S/4HANA implementations Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for SAP projects, covering integration, system, user acceptance, and regression testing. - Lead and coordinate testing teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of testing cycles. - Collaborate with SAP functional and technical consultants to understand business processes and requirements. - Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution, ensuring issues are properly documented and addressed. - Conduct risk assessments and escalate critical issues to project management. - Facilitate test data preparation and environment setup for various SAP modules. - Prepare and present test status reports to stakeholders and senior management. - Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes for efficiency and quality. - Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other relevant SAP modules. - Expertise in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, SAP Solution Manager). - Analytical mindset with attention to detail an...
