Position Summary: The Facilities Systems Specialist is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of CVS Health’s facilities management platforms, with primary ownership of IBM Tririga and related systems. This role serves as a subject matter expert and operational partner to Corporate Facilities Services, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and alignment with business needs. The position provides day‑to‑day application support, intake management, and coordination with IT to maintain and enhance systems supporting CVS’s corporate facilities portfolio.
