Program Manager – Wealth Lending The Program Manager provides leadership, oversight and hands on delivery and coordination of large scale, complex, cross‑functional programs and projects within the Wealth Lending business. Lending is a key part of the Wealth business, helping clients meet their lending needs across our global network. This role manages multiple teams and serves as an integral member of the functional leadership team. The role requires a seasoned professional who can operate at both a strategic and executional level, with a strong understanding of functional strategy, business objectives, and industry dynamics, combined with disciplined execution and the ability to drive outcomes across a matrixed organization, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders. The position is accountable for translating strategic direction into executable programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, regulatory expectations, and client outcomes.
