Job Summary: Oversees complex daily operations of the City of Dallas environmental program in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Sets strategic goals, develops policies and procedures, and evaluates program performance. Leads public engagement, manages partnerships, and communicates environmental initiatives through presentations and outreach. Job Description: Overview: The Lead Environmental Coordinator oversees and ensures compliance of the City of Dallas with environmental regulations; leads the city’s environmental programs and procedures to prevent environmental pollution and minimize environmental risks. Performs senior level environmental compliance work, leads departmental initiatives, and occasionally steps in as a supervisor.
