Job description

Summary of Essential Functions: - In conjunction with URPG Practice manager, directly oversees and coordinates the daily activities of the assigned practice(s). - Monitors compliance of policies and procedures as necessary to ensure high-quality patient care. - The coordinator monitors patient flow to optimize patient experience and to ensure appropriate staff coverage. The coordinator is a working coordinator who performs clinical functions as required. - Knowledgeable of policies and procedures, regulatory standards and HIPPA Privacy Practices as related to the physician group practice. - Performs, organizes and delegates routine coordination of functions within the practice. - Meets deadlines with prompt, thorough approach, with ability to prioritize various requests and complete duties as required. - Works with staff and management on all new changes to ensure proper knowledge of the functions required. - Develops and fosters a collaborative working relationship with physicians/advance practice providers and URPG leadership. - The duties of this position are not limited to this list and can be changed when deemed necessary.
