About the Role At Equitable, we help clients secure their financial well-being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives- a mission we've honed since 1859. We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to deliver a positive employee and advisor experience for our new hires. The Complex Onboarding Manager will support the employee and advisor experience by leading efforts to streamline the onboarding experience. This Manager role will also build processes that support the newly implemented accelerated growth model. The Onboarding Manager will manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment, seeking to continuously improve the candidate/employee experience. This role will partner regularly with District Managers, Recruiting Coordinators, AHCA, and other branch leadership. What You'll Be Doing: This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on-site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.
