Job Overview: The Embedded Technology Lead enables and accelerates clinical development delivery through the strategic and operational application of technology. Embedded within client programs or accounts, this role serves as a trusted technology advisor and execution partner, aligning Fortrea’s digital capabilities with client objectives across Full ‑ Service Outsourcing (FSO), Functional Service Provider (FSP), and Software ‑ as ‑ a ‑ Service (SaaS) engagement models. This role operates at the intersection of clinical operations, data, and technology, translating client and study needs into scalable, compliant, and fit ‑ for ‑ purpose digital solutions. The Embedded Technology Senior Manager partners closely with internal delivery teams and external stakeholders to ensure technology is effectively planned, deployed, and optimized to drive measurable business value, operational efficiency, and study outcomes.
