Description The Line Cook is responsible for the full scope of food preparation, including setting up and stocking kitchen stations, cleaning and cutting ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes, and ensuring high standards of food safety and sanitation. The Line Cook will also manage portion control, minimize waste, and help maintain food cost targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. By cooking and delivering all member food in-house at Blue Door Kitchen, it allows BGCGTC to provide a one-of-a-kind food experience to our members.
