Objective Our Detroit area is seeking an exceptional Area Marketing Specialist to join our busy team to support our partner practices. The Area Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and executing marketing plans for assigned practices. This role focuses on conducting face-to-face outreach to drive growth in practice volumes and revenue, adhering to Partner Practice Marketing Standard Operating Procedures Your Responsibilities: As one of the essential members of the team, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other responsibilities as assigned . - Execute in-person referral outreach in line with the marketing strategy - Categorize referring practices (A-D) based on referral numbers and submit analysis quarterly - Collaborate with the practice to develop annual marketing plans with monthly activities - Adhere to budget constraints to ensure growth - Monitor and manage marketing expenses, focusing on ROI - Ensure accurate and timely expense submissions to finance - Track and report monthly performance on key indicators, optimizing tactics for growth - Conduct monthly meetings with doctors - Attend monthly S1P Partner Practice Marketing meetings - Send weekl...
