This is a hybrid role. Your responsibilities: Lead business analysis for new requirements / business process optimization. This may include ideas and concepts which are still in the evaluation and/or approval process. Convey highly complex ideas, issues and designs from the HR organization to the relevant ITS delivery teams to facilitate the successful execution of the strategic vision.
