Job description

The Ticket Writer will help advise and answer customer questions to help them make an informed, responsible decision with their sports wagering. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: Answer all guests’ questions to the best of your knowledge or seek to find out the answer in a timely manner Communicate and promote our menu of sports betting options to guests. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to do simple math. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, pull or push 25 lbs. Must be able to write for extended periods of time. Must be able to twist, bend or reach when needed. - Plans, organizes and completes work timely. - Takes initiative, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs. - Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Receive and maintain all required certifications.
